Chicken Curry Recipe
Knowing that this is one of my favorite dishes, I kind of have a love/hate relationship with this delicious chicken curry recipe , why? Because I love it so much I could eat a whole pot without even noticing, with no counting calories what so ever!
This recipe is so simple and takes 35 minutes to prepare: first, sauté 1 chopped onion with 3 gloves of Garlic and minced ginger in a pan. Then, add the diced chicken and flip them until they are well cooked, later add a table spoon of curry powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper+ white pepper + salt. after that add the mushroom and diced carrots, and after being sautéed well all together fill up the pot with chicken broth, bring it to boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Serve it with rice on the side, and enjoy!
