Tips for Organizing Work Life
1. Start the day with coffee or tea or whatever that relaxes you and wakes you up. Then go through all email and social media updates. Finish up first the emails that require quick responses and add the bigger tasks to the To-do-list.
2. Finalize the to-do list: Staring from the easiest task to the hardest.
3. Schedule regular breaks during the day: try taking a 5 minute break every hour and a full hour for lunch.
4. Divide big problems into smaller chunks: Dividing tasks will reduce the feeling of overload and will help in finalizing the job in a faster way.
