Nothing to wear

Nothing to wear

Every girl is subjected to wake up one morning thinking that she has nothing to wear for that day. This problem is very common to a point that retailers started taking advantage of it, through producing a lot of similar items that might look different for a desperate customer. After researching through this issue I have developed a rule of thumb, which is: whenever I think that I have nothing to wear, I always search in my closet trying to find a dramatic item that I can base my outfit around it, then dress up the rest of the clothes in a minimalistic way. This dramatic item could be anything that catches the eye, in other words try to find your perfect eye candy; it might be: a necklace, a pop colored shirt, a pair of colored heels, a big jacket, some extra ripped jeans, or some artistic clutch. Seriously, just grab anything that you might find weird or completely beautiful, and go from there. Following this rule is a time saver for my busy mornings and nights, for example, here I was going for a date night with my boyfriend and of course I couldn’t plan what to wear ahead of time. So, I went for a simple plain white shirt, denim jeans and a dramatic plaid shirt wrapped around the waist. As simple as that.
