I decided to start sharing some healthy cocktails for a change, and the best way to make a drink will be through removing all the alcohol and sugar.It might seem odd to you after sharing too many alcoholic beverages, but I am trying to lower the consumption of alcohol. Of course, I cannot cut out alcoholic cocktails completely due to the fact that most of my outings with my friends is in bars and pubs. Seriously, no wine no fun!! This healthy cocktail is made of freshly squeezed orange juice, passion fruit and coconut water. It is so refreshing and so low on calories. And the fun part is that if you changed your mind about going healthy, you can quickly add to it some gin or vodka and make it taste like a real cocktail. Enjoy your Friday night, and if you were trying to go healthy but can’t cut out the good drinks, then try to set a rule that allows you to only consume alcohol of Fridays and Saturdays. That would be fair to everybody, right?
