A Perfect yoghurt breakfast is known to be the healthiest meal of the day, which will wake you up and boost your energy. However, if everyone was as lazy as I am they will know how hard it is to wake up and prepare everything from scratch, so I came up with an easy version of a healthy first meal of the day. Preparing a perfect yoghurt breakfast is as simple as dumping strawberry flavored yoghurt in a bowl, adding crunchy oats and whole grain cereals, then topping it with nuts and dried fruits.
