The off shoulder look

The off shoulder look

I ordered this off shoulder top from ASOS a couple of months ago, and I finally had the occasion to wear it. while growing up I used to love this off shoulder look due to my obsession in the golden days of Grace Kelly. I can’t explain how much I used to dream about wearing her long black and white gowns, which would look gorgeous on any girl. I tended to copy princess Kelly in a much modern style through this off shoulder look.

I would like to point out that in this look, the top and the clutch are the only new items, since I am working on finding more ways to mix my old and new clothes in all my outfits. Back in the days I used to be buying an extensive amount of clothes every month, and end up wearing these items only once since most of them were at the moment trends. Fortunately, I realized that focusing on quantity and forgetting about classic pieces will eventually ruin all of my looks, and decided to shop more intelligently through only buying the item that I can easily style in five different outfits.
I bought the skirt from mango two years ago and wore in tens of different outfit all seasons. Regarding the trends, it is crucial to buy the trends that will last long enough to make the best use of it. Like those gold zara heels which are the right now trend, but  it will take them a while to go out of style again.

I always feel proud about shopping those classic and affordable items, which could used more often, leading my closet to become richer without spending hundreds of dollars. Needless to say, this off shoulder look will always be a classy go to whenever you want to dress for a special evening.

I was wearing:
Top and clutch: ASOS, skirt: mango, heels: Zara, watch: Michael Kors (Similar),

Nail color: Essie “she’s picture perfect”
