This classic chocolate chip cookies recipe by Nestlé is very simple and this is a step-by-step illustration on my baking process:
In this recipe I’m using the semi-sweet Hershey’s chocolate chips
Beat 2 sticks of butter, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy
Add and mix well 3 small eggs
Mix in a big bowl the dry ingredients ( 2.5 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and salt) and add it to the above mixture
Add the chocolate chips to the mixture, then form the round cookies on the baking sheet
BAKE on temperature of 375° F for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
