Healthy snacking

The holidays are over, and now all what’s left are the bunch of extra pounds I’ve gained during this jolly season. Now you know who ate all the desserts I’ve made!
Usually it very easy to lose those freshly gained pounds by only getting back to eating normal again. Three healthy meals and two snacks per day are the way to go. But then comes the cravings for chocolate and desserts, and chips maybe; so here’s my trick: cherry tomatoes.
Their very few in calories, sweet, and yummy. Plus they are full with vitamin C, and a cup of cherry tomatoes contains only 27 calories.
If you don’t like tomatoes try other kind of fruits or veggies, like pairs, blueberries, carrots, or anything green. Just remember to snack on something you love so that you feel satisfied.
