Beauty Grooming Habits

I don’t believe that there is one woman on this earth who is elegant and doesn’t have the time to groom herself. Grooming goes from manicures, to facial creams and masks, to hygiene, to healthy hair, to waxing… The list goes on.

I always get this advise, which is to give the beauty grooming a day every week in order to do the non-daily tasks such as facials and mani/pedis. And another idea is to train yourself to have the following beauty habits:
1- apply day cream and eye cream every morning
2- apply whitening gel on your teeth before bedtime
3- drink green tea instead of coffee
4- apply coconut oil on your hair before your shower
5- NAILS: my obsession, give them a day every week. Clean them and paint them with a new gorgeous color
6- cucumber masks: apply fresh pieces on your face every now and then for about 40 minutes (those stuff are brilliant)

7- forget the wax and go for laser. We’re talking about timeless results over here!

Such an easy and fast tasks that can affect your over all look, and will surely help you maintain your beauty. With time those tasks will become part of your daily habits similar to the habit of brushing your teeth every morning and before bedtime.
